2010 Calendar of Events
Citizen CPR Classes: Held the third Thursday of every month (except December). Class offerings include: CPR for the Professional/Health Care Provider, Basic, AED, Infant, Blood borne Pathogens and Basic First Aid . All Classes can be tailored to the students needs. Call 775-465-2577 for reservations one week before the class starts.
Entry Level Firefighter (ELFF) Classes: Will be conducted for new volunteers in January and February of 2010. See Membership Info for more details!
2010 Steak Fry and Dance: Scheduled for July 10th. Watch this page for more details.
Fire Department
Fire Training (members):
First Saturday of every month from 0800-1200 hours.
EMS Training (EMS responders):
Forth Wednesday of every month from 1900-2100 hours.
Business Meeting:
Third Wednesday of every month from 1800 hours (dinner) to 2000 hours.
Board of Commissioners Meeting:
Second Thursday of every month from 1800-2000 hours.
Citizen CPR Program:
Where & When: Always held in SVFPD Station 40's Training Room at 1 Hardie Lane outside of Smith unless otherwise indicated.
